The CrossFit methodology recognizes ten fitness domains. They are: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed,Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
By using methods that are constantly varied in: intensity, duration, movement and time, CrossFit Training provides the ultimate regimen for developing functional strength and fitness. CrossFit’s focus is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power Speed, coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
Individual and small group sessions assure the standards of; mechanics, consistency and intensity, drive training. Participants receive the attention and coaching typically seen in personal training sessions. This individualized focus provides participants the opportunity to practice and develop new skills. You’ll be stronger and have a greater capacity to use your strength in every aspect of daily living, whether it’s competitive sport, landscaping the yard or walking the dog.
It’s fun, it’s a community, a culture! Boredom and CrossFit have never been used in the same sentence, well, until now. You get the idea!
