Saturday, in the park…
Mt. Helena City Park WOD:
Divide into 2 teams, 22 Minute clock
Buy-in w/ run (300m?)(1x), All team members must finish run before team moves on to next phase.
One team does Sandbag Clean & Toss up hill 75 ft., 20 Air Squats, Run back w/ sandbag
Meanwhile, the other team: Each member flips tire 1x, Then K-Bell swings for score of lowest rep count.
Switch and repeat, till clock runs out…
