What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that is fun, challenging, and extremely effective. It’s for people who are serious about making their lives better. We train people just like you: parents, teachers, students, former college & professional athletes, military & law enforcement, and people who never dreamed they would be in better shape at 40 than they were at 25. Our workouts will improve all aspects of your fitness.
By using methods that are constantly varied in: intensity, duration, movement and time, CrossFit training provides the ultimate regimen for developing functional strength and fitness. CrossFit’s focus is a deliberate attempt to optimize your fitness HEALTH.
Individual and small group sessions assure the standards of: mechanics, consistency and intensity, drive training. Participants receive the attention and coaching typically seen in personal training sessions.
It is fun, it is a community and culture! Boredom and CrossFit have never been used in the same sentence, well, until now. You get the idea!

What can we do for you?
Coming into CrossFit Helena is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, or take your fitness to levels you didn’t even think were possible. If you are looking for something different, something fun and want something that works, you’re in the right place! We don’t use weight machines and we won’t put you on a treadmill. We use a combination of training methods that have been proven to get results. You will feel results from our training.
